The grapes are of late ripening period, collected by hand in early December and folded in wicker baskets. As early as the middle of 19th century, the Frenchman Achilles Murat, Salome Dadiani's husband, began to cultivate the Ojaleshi culture in a European way. On that time Ojaleshi was exported to Russia as well as Europe. The wine is characterized by intense coloring, the best ratio of alcohol and acidity, full body, velvet, harmonious and rich variety of aroma. It is recommended to drink this wine with desserts and fruit. Storage temperature: 10-12°C
