Dry red wine is created from high quality hand-picked saperavi grapes , harvested in the Kakheti viticulture zone. According to Kakhetian traditional methods the wine is first ripened first in Qvevri for 6 months and after in French oak barrels for 18-12 months. Wine is distinguished with dark ruby color, harmonious black chocolate tones, fruit and berries aromas and taste. This wine is recommended to drink at temperature 18-20 °C with different kinds of smoked cheese and fried meat. Storage temperature: 10-12°C.
